Mariners Concessions for 2008

We just got word from Centerplate, the organization that handles the food concessions at the Mariners, that they have accepted our application and have given us 10 games to work this year on the 1st level.  We will be selling Pizza at stand 132.  This is a huge opportunity for all of us and we need everyone's commitment to sign up for the mandatory training and to also sign up for the two required slots that you plan to work.  We will make at a min $16,000 for this fundraiser.  Please do you part to participate.  We have already figured that if each family signs up and works 2 slots, all 10 games will be covered.  If we are successful this year, we can more than double our profits next year and this will bring your costs owed for meets and coaches fees way down.  Therefore, it is critical that everyone do their part.  This has to be a joint effort by all families.  The training info is as follows:

Training Dates 2008  -- Sign up Sheet

It is mandatory that all volunteers acquire a Food Handler's Permit and an Alcohol License if they are over 21 and serving alcohol. We do the food handlers and in-stand training on the same days. This class is approximately 4 hours long. The Food Handler permit class is roughly 1.5 hours without the In-Stand Training. The alcohol training is approximately 3 hours. Please choose from the following options. It is only necessary to go to one health card class and one alcohol training.

Food Handler's/In-Stand Training will be offered on:

Saturday March 22nd @ 10:00am and Noon

Everyone who is working with food needs to have a valid health card!

(This class can be taken up here in Snohomish County if you cannot make it to the classes offered but is mandatory for those over 18)

Sunday, March 16th @ 2:00pm

Wednesday, March 19th @ 6:00pm

Everyone who is over 18 years old and working with alcohol needs to have a valid alcohol card!

The employee entrance on the east side of the building will open 30 minutes prior to class time so people can sign in. Please arrive 15 minutes early. The cost of the Health Card class is $10 and the Alcohol class is $35. Payment is due at the beginning of each class. NO "DROP-INS" FOR THIS CLASS. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER!!  Sign up in the Gym!
